Refunds and Exchange Policy
*All items are delicately handmade and are therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
*Return policy: Due to the fragile nature of our handicraft items, we cannot offer returns for any reason. All sales are final but an exchange may be accepted if the product has arrived damaged.
*Buyer must contact seller within 24 hours once received good and initiated exchange of goods.
*Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
*Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged for any reason, unless they arrive damaged. We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom made orders or personalized orders
- Backorders for out of stock items
*Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Myra Moner, all shipping charges are at the customer’s responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policy
We do make every effort to get your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
You can always backorder an out of stock item. Typically, this would be a made to order item and would arrive in 6-8 weeks.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order. UPS, USPS and FedEx Shipping Rates within the U.S. Ground, 2nd Day, Expedited services will be available.

*Items sent within the US will arrive via First Class Mail typically within four to five days.
